Thank you for becoming a part of Dog Bone Run by adding your name to the "Dog Bone Run Plaza" in the Rotary Playground.  Please complete the form below to request a paver. Once received, a Parks team member will contact you to complete your request and collect payment. Pavers will not be placed until payment is collected. If the plaque becomes unsightly or damaged you will be notified and repairs or replacement will be at the owner's expense at the current price. The purchaser will then have 90 days to reorder the plaque at the current replacement cost.
