Highland Tennis Courts 400 Highland Ave. NE (727)518-3016 Highland Tennis Courts are located at the Highland Recreation Complex. The facility includes four hard courts, including two pickleball courts overlayed on the tennis surface, a restroom, and a covered pavilion. The facility is open to the public for free drop-in play on a first-come, first-serve basis.
