KATHLEEN CLEARY
“I truly believe in the innumerable benefits of exercise and believe that when we feel physically stronger, we feel more capable mentally, emotionally, and physically to show up in our day-to-day lives. I personally discovered the deeper value of living a healthy lifestyle and strengthening the body through my own struggles with depression, alongside continuous running injuries and chronic lower back pain. To this day, fitness and exercise have become a foundation of strength and healing in my life. It is my passion to provide that same hope and healing for others in their own lives.”
