Have you ever wanted to complete a 5k fun run? Our instructor Jules Stewart will help you prepare during this 8-week session by build your endurance, teaching running techniques, and giving you the confidence to complete a 3.1-mile run. This class is encouraged for beginners. Pre-registration is encouraged.
Once complete, you will be prepared for our Spring Has Sprung 5K Fun Run on April 3
